Physical Appearance:
Misuto appears as an semi-tall muscular man, He has somewhat white blue-ish spiky hair and has a pale skin color. His Clan trait, the hisakatame eyes are always activated at the fourth level, which makes him the second person in the whole clan history to gain it, it gives him an odd look as the eyes are easily seen by others.
Clothing:
He wears mainly black and blue clothing, as the dark Blue shirt he wears, above that he wears a Black dusty coat, he wear matching dark blue pants, and of course the regular ninja sandals, lastly he wears his hitai-ate on a black headband.
Weapons:
Kunai, Shuriken, The hisakatame and a short sword.
Personality:
Misuto Is somewhat an direct and harsh man, after he became the leader of Amegakure he became even harsher, he set up hunter-nins and ANBU's to get the many shinobi of the village that turned to missing-nins, What he himself is disgusted of.
Though, He has a kind side, which mainly shows up when he is with his family, his son and wife. You can't trick him fast, He was called a genius shinobi by the clan where he grew up in, that was destroyed after, so it's easy to say hes an intelligent man as well as a strong man.
His likes are The village where they let them in without any hesitation even though they knew about the dangerous clan trait, Amegakure and his family. His dislikes are the people who have bad intentions, especially if those intentions are against the village of amegakure, one thing is sure he loves the hidden village of amegakure.

This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. When Tenten is trapped in the water prison she indicates that she can't breathe. Despite this, other characters have been shown remaining within it for long periods of time without incident and are even capable of talking.
