Rules and Restrictions for Characters:
1: Sasuke and Itachi are the last Uchihas. So no OC Uchihas will be accepted.

2: The same goes for Uzamakis...Naruto is the last one...period.

3: No Original Characters can be related to Characters from the manga/show. Kakashi doesn't have a wife, Naruto has no long lost siblings and Sasuke doesn't have a cousin that survived...So no direct relations will be accepted.

5: Be realistic...a Genin will not know every jutsu.
